Sue Healy

Sue with roses

Love my family, kitty, and have a weakness for koeksisters and romance novels

I married my best friend soon after varsity, then built a physiotherapy practice but always with the want of a family. 10 years on we were blessed with 3 children close together, this led me to my passion to be a stay at home mom.

By the time the children were going to school, I saw I had time to think for myself, BUT…

  • Lacked Self Esteem
  • Was very over weight
  • Was unable to walk a small hill without losing breath
  • The family income needed some help.

I was presented with an opportunity to focus on myself and my health, I lost 18kg and came down 4 pants sizes in my first year and this encouraged me to combine the experience from my earlier career to inspire and mentor others.

For 20 years I have followed a healthy regime so have maintained the dramatic shape change I had in the first year, but also have been incredibly healthy over this time, hardly ever getting sick. I still lead a healthy active lifestyle and in my sixties have no issues to attack a 4-6hour hike in the mountains.

As I have worked so hard on myself and walked a journey I am better equipped to help people to transforming their lives, a blessing and reward for me.

Our greatest blessing is the life we built around our three graduate healthy young adult children, being with them through each stage has been just so precious.
